Privacy Policy
Customer Service Correspondence If you send us correspondence, including e-mails and faxes, we retain such information in the records of your account. We will also retain customer service correspondence and other correspondence from MyFootSpace/Cyberniche to you. We retain these records in order to measure and improve our customer service.
Disclosure to Third Parties Other Than MyFootSpace/Cyberniche Customers MyFootSpace/Cyberniche will
not sell, rent, or lease your personally identifiable
information to others. Unless we have your permission or are
required by law, we will only share the personal data you
provide online with other MyFootSpace/Cyberniche entities and/or
business partners who are acting on our behalf for the uses
described in "Use of Data". By contract, third parties such as
PayPal must comply with their own privacy policies with regard
to the renting, selling, or sharing of information. As partners
of MyFootSpace/Cyberniche, they must also offer MyFootSpace/Cyberniche
customers the chance to opt out of information sharing. Cookies This website tracks and collects "session cookies." Cookies are considered personally identifiable information. They are specific identification files that a website can place on your computer. A cookie file contains unique information that a website can use to track such things as your password, lists of web pages you have visited, what forms have been sent and received, and the date when you last looked at a specific web page. A cookie allows the website to recognize you as you click through the pages on a site and later revisit the site. These session cookies will expire after the browser session is closed. Information Collected and Stored Automatically If you simply browse our website and do not send any information directly to us, then we collect only statistical information that cannot be used to identify you. Our server logs track the Internet Protocol (IP) addresses of individuals who view our WebPages, the names of the specific pages viewed, whether a file you requested exits and how many bytes of information were transferred to you over the web from the site, the date and times of such access, the referring site, and the type of browser used. An IP address is a series of numbers that identifies each computer and machine connected to the Internet. An IP address enables a server on a computer network to send you a file you have requested over the Internet. The IP address disclosed to us may identify the computer from which you are accessing the Internet, or a server owned by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Because it is machine specific, rather than person specific, an IP address is not, in and of itself, considered personally identifiable information. We will not attempt to match any personally identifiable information that you provide to us with your IP address, unless there are reasonable grounds to believe that doing so would provide information that is relevant and material to a criminal investigation. We also use STATCOUNTER to track page hits. Use of Data We share information with companies that help us process the transactions you request. Additionally, if you go into a negative balance and owe us money, we may share information with processing companies including collection agencies. We disclose information in response to a subpoena, warrant, court order, levy, attachment, order of a court-appointed receiver or other comparable legal process, including subpoenas from private parties in a civil action. We disclose information to your agent or legal representative (such as the holder of a power of attorney that you grant, or a guardian appointed for you). As with any other business, it is possible that MyFootSpace/Cyberniche in the future could merge with or be acquired by another company. If such an acquisition occurs, the successor company would have access to the information maintained by MyFootSpace/Cyberniche, including customer account information, but would continue to be bound by this Privacy Policy unless and until it is amended. Third Party Transactions PayPal and Payloadz process our payment and delivery operations. Whenever using these sites verify the UrL begins with: "https://" indicating it is a secure site. Please familiarize yourself with each site's privacy policy and terms of use.
